I have operated this business for two years. The company is qualified to do commercial building inspections. A new service we provide is thermal imaging. This is an energy saving inspection for heat gain and heat loss through walls, windows doors and attics. Other uses are: Refractory condition monitoring, Quality control and Process monitoring. For the past six years I have been doing life safety inspections on commercial buildings. The building size can range from single floor to twenty eight floors. The inspection encompasses fire alarm system testing with area smoke detectors to HVAC fire smoke dampers and unit shut down along with smoke evacuation system. We insure that the entire system meets current NFPA standards and current State and local codes.
