We have designed our process by keeping your needs first. We know you need to get through the search process as efficiently as possible, and onto a more satisfying employment opportunity at which you can excel.

Journey has a candidate process that is designed to evaluate the applicant’s skills and provide proper placement for reaching full potential. Our process requires a complete skills assessment through interviewing and referencing.

The Five Steps in our Candidate Process
1.  Recruiting – Sourcing for candidates through various recruitment methods.
2. On-line Registration – Let’s Get Started, puts this process into action.
3. Interview with Professional Recruiter – We believe the best employee represents more then a sum total of experience and education. Our professional recruiter meets with you to learn more about your accomplishments and goals. We will conduct a behavioral interview. Once we discuss what you would find to be a fit in a new employment opportunity, we will then proceed to the evaluation stage.
4. Assessment & Skills Evaluation – Journey uses leading edge skills assessment tools and advanced personal evaluation approaches including aptitude and personality testing.
5. Assessment of Potential Employment – Our recruiters will then conduct a match of your skill set, career history and your goals to our current employment opportunities. Once a match is determined, you will then be presented with current employment opportunities.
