Jim Dougherty, Colonel USAF (Retired), is the founder and owner of Federal Transformation Solutions (FTS). FTS provides federal government clients with a full suite of products and services focused on accelerating Customer Service Transformation initiatives. Jim’s background includes the development of numerous streamlining processes and financial applications for senior Department of Defense resources managers. These multi-terabyte data warehouses feature state of the art Decision Support and Executive Information Systems that give commanders and senior decision makers the tools required to adroitly execute programmed resources. His resume includes the following accomplishments:

• Built nine Noteworthy Air Force Comptroller Systems

FTS performs as the DynaTouch Manufacturer’s Representative by assisting our Defense Department clients in obtaining one or more TIPS™ (Touch Information Presentation System) OneStop™ kiosks for customer service applications. These kiosks can be placed in convenient, high-traffic areas within any Department of Defense installation in order to enhance service to DoD customers. Each kiosk is configured to enhance the level of customer service being provided to military and civilian personnel, and their family members through convenient, 24-hour access to DoD forms, helpful web-based information and online services. A secondary objective is to reduce the administrative burden incurred in existing customer service center operations.
